Older Division (Grades 5 & 6)

In addition to their camp schedule, older campers are scheduled for camp related outings to places such as water parks and long island beaches.  Additional trips may include excursions to a ball game, state parks for picnics or canoeing, amusement parks, and theatrical performances.  Older campers are the backbone of our Performing Arts program and Special Events Days, lending their talents to large projects such as making scenery, constructing carnival booths and passing on traditional camp songs.  During the final week of camp, grade 6 boys and girls get a taste of what it is like to participate in our travel program as they are treated to a special 3-day 2-night trip.
